We understand that life does not always go to plan, therefore we kindly ask that you give us no less than 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. All cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the service you were booked for. This has to be paid in full before your next appointment.
If you are a “no show”, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the service you were booked in for. This has to be paid in full before your next appointment. If you wish to not pay the cancellation fee, you will not be rebooked.
Please do not reply on the automatic reminders we send out before your appointment. Sometimes reminders do not go out due to technology issues or they get sent to your spam folder. We are not at fault if you do not show up to your appointment due to not receiving your appointment reminder.
You can be assured that all the products used in our salon are safe and meet the health and safety regulations. We only use LED lamps in our salon. No nasty UV lights.
