Please Read Our Cancellation or Unexplained No Show Policy

We appreciate that life does not always go to plan therefore we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you can not make your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or no-showed with less than 24 hours’ notice we reserve the right to add a $25 charge to your next appointment to cover the loss of earnings. Of course, we will do our very best to avoid this. For example, if we are able to fill your spot with another client you will not be charged the $25 fee.

Late arrival over 15 minutes means you may have to be rescheduled as it can interfere with the following client’s appointment time.
