SICKNESS POLICY
We have the right to turn you away from your booked appointment with us if you are unwell. Coming to your nail appointment sick means you could pass it onto us. If any of us go down sick, it has a huge effect on all of our technicians. If you are too sick to be at work, you are too sick to be at your nail appointment. Please respect the health of our staff!
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is NO cancellation fee, if you give us 24 hours notice. This allows us enough time to fill your appointment slot. If you give us less than 12 hours notice for cancellation – the fee is 100% of the service you were booked in for. If you give us 12 – 24 hours notice for cancellation – the fee is 50% of the service you were booked in for. If you NO SHOW for your appointment – the fee is 100% of the service you were booked for.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you are late to your appointment (10 minutes or more) we will be unable to perform your service and you will be required to pay the full amount of your appointment as this is now classed as a NO SHOW appointment.
PRICE INCREASE
Unfortunately, due to the increasing costs on the business and products, there will be a small price increase from Wednesday 27th of September 2023. We have tried very hard to keep price increases to a minimum at Orly Boutique for the last 2 years. To be able to offer the same standard of services, the price increase will be anywhere between $2 and $5. For example: Our most popular service, a BIAB manicure, will be going from $67.00 to $69.00.
CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS
We have a very limited number of appointments left for Christmas. Every appointment we have left in December is available to book online. It is very important that you book in for nail art if you are wanting it done for the holiday season. If you are not booked in for nail art when you come to your appointment, we will be unable to perform that for you due to tight timing over this period.
NAIL ART
We love that you bring us inspiration pics for your nails, and we try our hardest for the nail art to look the same but, we are not robots, so sometimes your nails will look different to the picture and that is ok!
