No cancellation fee if you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Arriving late to your appointment (10 minutes or more) will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service.
Cancellation within less than 12 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service.
Providing 12-24 hours’ notice for cancellation will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
